What is the uniqueness of this technology? As mentioned above, this is a monolithic casting, that is, a final product with a uniform structure made of a homogeneous stone mass of quartz sand and acrylic resin. In general, such names as "granite" sink or "artificial stone" sink, "quartz" sink, which we use, are epithets and only emphasize the physical properties of the material – its hardness and strength. In fact, the sink consists of composite materials:
natural mineral fillers, such as quartz sand, which make up the basis - 70-80%;
dyes from natural pigments - 1%;
acrylic resins - 20-30%.
The key point is the use of high-quality natural materials, as this indirectly affects the functionality and durability of the sink. For the manufacturing of our Valeso sinks, only high-quality quartz sand and acrylic resin are used in the proportion of 80/20, so we are 100% confident in the reliability of our product and boldly give a 7-year manufacturer's warranty. But sometimes some manufacturers, for the money saving purpose, use inexpensive substitutes or low budget technology of Gelcoat production, or both. Of course, this allows you to get a product at a lower price, which at the same time differs slightly in external parameters from higher-quality, expensive analogues, but their operational and aesthetic characteristics cannot be compared.
